Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 12 July, 2026

Welcome to Home for Hebrew ("we," "us," "our") . By subscribing to or using our website, books, and curriculum materials, you agree to the following terms.

1. Our plans

For individual learners:

  • Beginner Bundle — $25 for 3 months. Includes Alphabet book access, A1 book access, and podcast access via Patreon.

  • Book Only — $12/month, per level. Includes access to one level's book, audio files, Quizlet vocabulary sets, and podcast episodes based on the level of the book.

  • Book + Podcast — $15/month, per level. Includes access to one level's book, audio files, full podcast access via Patreon, and Quizlet vocabulary sets.

For teachers:

  • Try One Book — $6/month. Access to one book of your choice, with full audio. Intended for testing with one group or student.

  • Access to All Books — $15/month. Includes all 4 levels plus the Alphabet book, Quizlet vocabulary sets, quarterly support from Maayan, and student discounts (see Section 5).

Partnerships: (schools, organizations, and larger groups) are priced individually based on group size, format (digital or print), and the levels needed. Partnership terms are set out in a separate agreement and are not covered by these general Terms.

2. Billing, renewal, and cancellation

  • Book Only, Book + Podcast, Try One Book, and Access to All Books are billed monthly and renew automatically each month. You can cancel anytime; your access continues until the end of the billing cycle you've already paid for, with no partial refunds.

  • The Beginner Bundle is billed as a one-time charge covering a 3-month period. At the end of the 3 months, it automatically renews, so you don't lose access. You can cancel at any time.

  • We reserve the right to change prices. If we do, we'll notify you in advance, and any change will apply starting from your next billing cycle, not retroactively.

3. License to Use the Content

When you subscribe, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the curriculum, subject to the rules below.

  • Personal/individual subscribers: The curriculum is for your own personal use only.

  • Teachers and organizations: If you are a teacher, school, or organization, your license also covers use of the curriculum with the students in your own classroom or program, within the plan you purchased.

4. License to Use the Content

Unless you have our prior written permission, you may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, scan, or photograph the book or any curriculum, in whole or in part

  • Print the curriculum beyond what is reasonably needed for your own personal or classroom use under your active subscription

  • Share, distribute, resell, rent, or transfer the curriculum or your account/login to anyone else

  • Use the curriculum to teach, train, or provide instruction to others outside the scope of your own license (for example, licensing or selling courses to other teachers or organizations, or using it to train staff at a different organization) — this requires a separate license from us

  • Upload the Content to any public website, shared drive, or platform where people outside your household or classroom can access it

  • Remove any copyright notices from the Content

If your subscription is cancelled or expires, your license ends and you must stop using the curriculum, including any printed or downloaded copies.

5. Student Licenses (Teachers)

Teachers with the all access plan can extend discounted access to their own students:

  • Private students: 10% off, lifetime access.

  • Institution students: 50% off, access for the semester.

Student access is arranged directly between the teacher and us, and is tied to that teacher's own license. Teachers are responsible for letting us know which students should receive access, and for making sure those students use the curriculum within the terms that apply to their license type.

6. Printed Books

Our books are also available as printed copies through authorized retailers, including major online retailers. Purchases of printed books are made through and governed by the retailer's own terms of sale and policies, not these Terms. We're not responsible for retailer pricing, shipping, returns, or order handling — for any issue with a printed order, please contact the retailer where you purchased it directly.

7. Ownership and Copyright

All curriculum including the book, curriculum materials, and any text, images, or design on this website is owned by us and protected by copyright law. Your subscription gives you the right to use it under the terms above; it does not transfer any ownership or copyright to you.

8. Partnerships

If you have a custom partnership agreement with us (for schools, organizations, or larger groups), the terms of that specific agreement govern your use of the curriculum. Where a partnership agreement is silent on a topic, these general Terms apply as a backup.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will let you know (for example, by email or a notice on the website). Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Changes to these terms

If you have questions about these Terms, or want to request permission for a use not covered above (such as training or organizational use beyond your subscription), please contact us at homeforhebrew@gmail.com.
